Tabs, letra y acordes de 'Patient' por Peter Hammill
PATIENT The TAB transcriptions were created using my program for composing TAB files, TAB MASTER (I know it's a stupid name but I'm Israeli and that's the way we do things). I'm afraid there are no 'actual' chords on most of this song, but rather some right hand finger work, which is very easy (Hey! He does that on stage, you know... ;-) ) I think it is very accurate, as long as you consider that he plays it differently on every live performance, and believe me I've been listening to about 7 or more performances of the song when transcribing it. This sign, on the 'doctor' section: "-----l(5)---" means left-hand muting: this sound should be played as the left hand doesn't fully hold the string down to the neck, so the sound is short and percussive. Exact timing is described by the numbers above the TAB. Note that there are two rhythm meters - 6/8 on the verse, and 4/4 on the "doctor" section. Enjoy! Your comments are welcome.
